We will certainly help Our messengers and those who believe, in this world, and on the day the witnesses take their stand, 51 The excuses of the unjust will be of no benefit to them on that day. They will be condemned to live in a most terrible abode. 52 To Moses We had given guidance and to the children of Israel We had given the Book 53 for guidance and a reminder for those of understanding. 54 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And ask forgiveness of thy sin, and hymn the praise of thy Lord at fall of night and in the early hours. 55 Behold, as for those who call God's messages in question without having any evidence therefore in their hearts is nothing but overweening self-conceit, which they will never be able to satisfy: seek thou, then, refuge with God - for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing! 56 Greater indeed than the creation of man is the creation of the heavens and the earth: yet most men do not understand [what this implies]. 57 And not equal are the blind and the seeing, nor are those who believe and do righteous deeds and the evildoer. Little do you remember. 58 Indeed, the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - but most of the people do not believe. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
