And the heaven! We have built it with might, and verily We are Powerful. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
