Say, "God is sufficient as a witness between me and you. He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth." Those who have faith in falsehood and disbelieve in God are certainly lost. 52 And they ask you to hasten on the chastisement; and had not a term been appointed, the chastisement would certainly have come to them; and most certainly it will come to them all of a sudden while they will not perceive. 53 They urge you to hasten the punishment. And indeed, Hell will be encompassing of the disbelievers 54 On the Day the punishment envelops them from above them and from underneath their feet, they will be told, "Taste [the punishment] for what you used to do!" 55 O YOU servants of Mine who have attained to faith! Behold, wide is Mine earth: worship Me, then, Me alone! 56 Every soul has to know the taste of death. You will then be sent back to Us. 57 And those who believe, and do righteous deeds, We shall surely lodge them in lofty chambers of paradise, underneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling forever; and excellent is the wage of those who labour, 58 Who have been patient and upon their Lord rely. 59 How many a beast that bears not its own provision, but God provides for it and you! He is the All-hearer, the All-knower. 60 And thus it is [with most people]: if thou ask them, "Who is it that has created the heavens and the earth, and made the sun and the moon subservient [to His laws]?" - they will surely answer, "God." How perverted, then, are their minds! 61 Allah expandeth provision for whomsoever He will of His bondmen and stinteth it for him. Verily Allah is of everything the Knower. 62 And thus it is: if thou ask them, "Who is it that sends down water from the skies, giving life thereby to the earth after it had been lifeless?" - they will surely answer, "God." Say thou: "[Since this is so,] all praise is due to God [alone]!" But most of them will not use their reason: 63
