All that is on earth will perish, 26 And there will endure for ever the person of your Lord, the Lord of glory and honor. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O the groups of jinns and men, if you can cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, then cross them; wherever you may go, His is the kingdom! 33 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 O which of our Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 38 So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
