O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful. 130 Save yourselves from the fire which is prepared for the unbelievers. 131 And obey Allah and the messenger, that ye may find mercy. 132 ۞ And vie with one another for your Lord's forgiveness and for a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, which has been prepared for the God-fearing, 133 who spend their property for the cause of God in prosperity as well as in adversity and who also harness their anger and forgive the people. God loves the righteous ones. 134 And those who when they commit an indecency or do injustice to their souls remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their faults-- and who forgives the faults but Allah, and (who) do not knowingly persist in what they have done. 135 their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing through them, where they will abide forever. How excellent will be the reward of those who do good works. 136 Different traditions existed in the past. Travel in the land and find out about the fate of those who rejected the Truth. 137 This is a plain exposition for men, and a guidance and admonition for the Godfearing. 138 So do not lose heart or be grieved, for you will surely prevail if you are believers. 139 If a wound should touch you - there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And these days [of varying conditions] We alternate among the people so that Allah may make evident those who believe and [may] take to Himself from among you martyrs - and Allah does not like the wrongdoers - 140 This is so that God may try the faithful and destroy the unbelievers. 141 Or did you suppose you should enter Paradise without God know who of you have struggled and who are patient? 142 You were longing for death before you met it; now you have seen it, while you were beholding. 143
