۞ God says: "Do not take to two gods, for there is only one God. So fear Me." 51 And His is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and unto Him is obedience due perpetually; will ye then fear any other than Allah? 52 Whatever favor you have is from Allah. Whenever you are afflicted you groan to Him. 53 Yet when He removes the evil from you, lo! a party of you associate others with their Lord; 54 So as to deny that which We have given them. Then enjoy life (while ye may), for ye will come to know. 55 They set aside a share of that which We have provided them for what they did not know. By Allah, you shall be questioned about your forgeries! 56 They attribute daughters to God, the glorious, but for themselves whatsoever they please. 57 And when there is announced unto any of them a female his countenance remainoth darkened the whole day and he is wroth inwardly. 58 He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that which is announced to him. Shall he keep it with disgrace or bury it (alive) in the dust? Now surely evil is what they judge. 59 Those who do not believe in the Hereafter, for them only is the evil state; and the Majesty of Allah is Supreme; and He only is the Most Honourable, the Wise. 60
