(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
