Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 and removed your burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
