It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
