Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee, 36 In crowds, right and left? 37 Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight? 38 By no means! verily We! We have created them from that which they know. 39 But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We have the power 40 To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
