Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
