Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
The emulous desire of abundance engrosseth you, 1 until you visit the graves. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 But you will soon come to know. 4 Nay, would that you knew with certainty of knowledge (what your attitude will lead to, you would never have acted the way you do). 5 that you shall surely see Hell? 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 and on that Day you will most surely be called to account for [what you did with] the boon of life! 8
