Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
