۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 they have enraged us, 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
