What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 From the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility? 38 By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know! 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that, verily We are Able. 40 To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun. 41 So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised, 42 the Day when they rush out of their graves as if racing towards a signpost, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
