Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 then pour over his head the anguish of burning despair! 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
