(Consider) when Moses said to his young companion, "I shall continue travelling until I reach the junction of the two seas or have travelled for many years". 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 'This is what we have been seeking' said he, and they retraced their footsteps 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Musa said to him: Shall I follow you on condition that you should teach me right knowledge of what you have been taught? 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 And how shouldst thou bear patiently that thou hast never encompassed in thy knowledge?' 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
