Man is prone to say: "Shall I be raised to life after I die?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 and then We shall know well all those most worthy to be cast in Hell. 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who go aright; and ever-abiding good works are with your Lord best in recompense and best in yielding fruit. 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
