Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 so be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and obey not one of them, sinner or unbeliever. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 Surely this is a Reminder; so he who will, takes unto his Lord a way. 29 But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
