And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 they say: "What! After we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
