۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
