Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come]. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
