And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reduce (him) to an abject state in constitution; do they not then understand? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 That it may warn him who would have life, and (that) the word may prove true against the unbelievers. 70 Have they not seen how We have created for them of Our handiwork the cattle, so that they are their owners, 71 And have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding, some for food? 72 And for them in the animals are numerous different benefits and drinks; so will they not be grateful? 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 They are not able to give them succour; whereas they shall be against them host brought forward. 75 Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose. 76 And did not man see that We have created him from a drop of semen? Yet he is an open quarreller! 77 And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He says: "Who will give life to these bones when they have rotted away and became dust?" 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 Who giveth you out of the green tree fire, and lo! ye kindle therewith. 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yea! and He is the Creator (of all), the Knower. 81 His affair, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: be, and it becometh. 82 So Glorified is He and Exalted above all that they associate with Him, and in Whose Hands is the dominion of all things, and to Him you shall be returned. 83
