See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
