The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the angels ranged in ranks. 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 And those who read (the Word) for a reminder, 3 Verily, verily, your Allah is one!- 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 And have placed therein a guard against any satan froward. 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 Being driven off, and for them is a perpetual chastisement, 9 Except him who snatches off but once, then there follows him a brightly shining flame. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 and when they are admonished, they pay no heed; 13 and when they see a miracle, they mock 14 and say: “This is nothing but plain sorcery. 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 What, and our fathers, the ancients?' 17 Say: Aye! and you shall be abject. 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 and they will say: 'Woe for us. This is the Day of Recompense' 20 This is the day of the judgment which you called a lie. 21
