(And recount to them the story of Moses) when Moses said to his servant: "I will journey on until I reach the point where the two rivers meet, though I may march on for ages." 60 When they reached the junction of the two seas they found out that they had forgotten all about the fish (which they had carried for food). The fish found its way into the sea. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 Said [the servant]: "Wouldst thou believe it? When we betook ourselves to that rock for a rest, behold, I forgot about the fish - and none but Satan made me thus forget it - and it took its way into the sea! How strange!" 63 He said: This is that which we have been seeking. So they retraced their steps again. 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 "How can you bear that which is beyond your comprehension?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 Said [the sage]: "Well, then, if thou art to follow me, do not question me about aught [that I may do] until I myself give thee an account thereof." 70
