۞ Those people, who have no fear of coming before Us, say, "Why should not the angels be sent down to us? Or else we should see our Lord. " Great arrogance have they assumed in regard to themselves, and have transgressed all limits in their rebellion. 21 On the day when the criminals see the angels, there will, certainly, be no rejoicing for them. Rather, they will plead to the angels, "Please keep away from us (do not drive us into hell)." 22 And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about. 23 The dwellers of Paradise on that day will have the best residence and resting place. 24 A day when the heaven with the clouds will be rent asunder and the angels will be sent down, a grand descent. 25 The sovereignty on that Day will be the true (sovereignty), belonging to the Most Beneficent (Allah), and it will be a hard Day for the disbelievers (those who disbelieve in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). 26 The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger! 27 Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not taken that one as a friend. 28 "He indeed led me astray from the Reminder (this Quran) after it had come to me. And Shaitan (Satan) is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need." 29 And the Messenger will say, "O my Lord, my people had made this Qur'an the object of their ridicule." 30 To every Prophet We have appointed an enemy among the harmdoers; your Lord is Sufficient for you, a Guide and a Helper. 31 The unbelievers say: "Why was the whole Qur'an not sent down all at once to him?" It was sent thus that We may keep your heart resolute. So We enunciated it by steps and distinctly. 32 And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof). 33 those who are going to be driven to Hell upon their faces, have taken an utterly wrong stand and their way is most erroneous! 34
