Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Indeed, for those who feared (Allah) is a secure place 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
