Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
