Noah said: 'My Lord, they have rebelled against me and followed he whose wealth and offspring increase him only in loss, 21 and have devised a mighty device 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 And they have led many astray. Increase Thou not the evildoers save in error!' 24 Because of their sins they were drowned, then were made to enter the Fire, and they found none to help them instead of Allah. 25 Noah said, "Lord, do not leave a single disbeliever on earth; 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 "O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, all who enter my house in Faith, and (all) believing men and believing women: and to the wrong-doers grant Thou no increase but in perdition!" 28
