Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
