(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
