Ya'. Sin. 1 By the wise Qur'an, 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 upon the straight path. 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah). 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 Whether you warn them or not, they will not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 We will surely bring the dead to life and We record what they send ahead and the signs they will leave behind; and We have accounted all things in a clear Book. 12
