And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
