The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Alif Lam Mim 1 This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; 2 Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them. 3 who believe in what has been sent down to thee and what has been sent down before thee, and have faith in the Hereafter; 4 It is they who are on guidance from their Lord; and they are the successful. 5 Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe. 6 Allah has sealed their hearts and their ears, and on their eyes is a covering; and for them is a terrible punishment. 7
