On the Day that the enemies of Allah will be gathered together to the Fire, they will be marched in ranks. 19 till when they are come to it, their hearing, their eyes and their skins bear witness against them concerning what they have been doing, 20 They will say to their skins: "Why bear ye witness against us?" They will say: "Allah hath given us speech,- (He) Who giveth speech to everything: He created you for the first time, and unto Him were ye to return. 21 Ye did not hide yourselves lest your ears and your eyes and your skins should testify against you, but ye deemed that Allah knew not much of what ye did. 22 And this is the assumption you had regarding your Lord, which has ruined you, so you are now among those who have been defeated. 23 Even if they are patient, their abode is Hell; and if they beg for favour, none will favour them. 24 ۞ And We assigned them comrades (in the world), who made their present and their past fairseeming unto them. And the Word concerning nations of the jinn and humankind who passed away before them hath effect for them. Lo! they were ever losers. 25
