The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ THE TRUE BELIEVERS will be successful, 1 who are humble in their prayers; 2 who turn away from idle talk; 3 and who are intent on inner purity; 4 And who guard their private organs. 5 Except from their wives and women slaves of old are free of blame, 6 But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors;- 7 who are true to their trusts and their covenants, 8 and who guard their Prayers. 9 and who are steadfast in their prayer. 10 Who shall inherit the Paradise; they shall abide therein. 11 Verily We created man from a product of wet earth; 12 Then made him a drop of fluid in a secure shelter. 13 then We created of the drop a clot then We created of the clot a tissue then We created of the tissue bones then We garmented the bones in flesh; thereafter We produced him as another creature. So blessed be God, the fairest of creators! 14 after this you shall surely die. 15 then on the Day of Resurrection you shall surely be raised up. 16 We have created seven ways above you; of Our creation, We are never inattentive. 17 And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it. 18 With it We grow for you gardens of date-palms and vines: in them have ye abundant fruits: and of them ye eat (and have enjoyment),- 19 also a tree growing on Mount Sinai which produces oil and a condiment for those who eat it. 20 And verily in the cattle for you is a lesson. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, and for you in them are advantages many, and of them ye eat. 21 And you are carried on them and on boats. 22
