۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
