Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
