۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
