The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
