And those who have emigrated for the sake of Allah after they had been wronged. We shall surely settle them well in the world and the hire of the Hereafter is greater: if they but know! 41 They are the ones who are steadfast and put their trust in their Lord. 42 And We sent not (as Our Messengers) before you (O Muhammad SAW) any but men, whom We inspired, (to preach and invite mankind to believe in the Oneness of Allah). So ask of those who know the Scripture [learned men of the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], if you know not. 43 Along with clear proofs and writings; and We have sent down this Remembrance towards you (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) so that you may explain to mankind what has been revealed towards them, and that they may ponder. 44 Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?- 45 Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure? 46 Or that He may not call them to account by a process of slow wastage - for thy Lord is indeed full of kindness and mercy. 47 Have they not observed the things God has created, casting their shadows right and left, prostrating themselves before God in all humility? 48 Whatever is in the heavens and the earth, the cattle and the angels prostrate themselves before God without pride. 49 They all revere their Lord, high above them, and they do all that they are commanded. ۩ 50

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
