ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
