The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
