The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
