Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 As does boiling water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
