The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
