The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
