Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
