50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I swear by the emissary winds, sent one after another (for men's benefit), 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 excusing or warning, 6 What is promised will surely come to pass. 7 Then when the stars become dim; 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 The mountains reduced to dust and blown away, 10 And when the apostles are gathered at their appointed time 11 for what Day has this been appointed? 12 one will be told, "To the Day of Distinction". 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 Then caused the latter folk to follow after? 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 that We laid within a sure lodging 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 24 Did We not make the earth a receptacle, 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 which - behold! - will throw up sparks like [burning] logs, 32 As if they were yellowish [black] camels. 33 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 34 On that day they will not be able to speak, 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
